Lions Visually Impaired Tournament

Last week we once again hosted the Lions Annual Visually Impaired Singles Tournament and met up with lots of old friends - most of these bowlers have been visiting us for YEARS!  The weather was exceptional Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with just one small shower early on, but it did turn rather windy and much cooler over the weekend but luckily stayed dry right to the end.

Once again, the support and assistance from all the members was outstanding, special thanks must go to the amazing ‘Catering Team’ who kept everyone fed and watered and to everyone who helped out when and where they could from ‘dropping the bollard’, ‘parking the cars’, ‘putting out and taking in equipment’, ‘marking and assisting the bowlers’, and to everyone who turned up and supported the event - everyone was incredible.
